Maarten Tjallingii
Maarten Tjallingii (born 5 November 1977 in Leeuwarden) is a Dutch professional racing cyclist for UCI ProTeam Rabobank. His biggest win was the 2006 Tour of Belgium. He is seen here riding at the prologue of the 2011 Eneco Tour.
